Re: where can I file ?

If your case is based on a marriage then the place of the petitioner's residence controls. Therefore, you should file your papers where your spouse has lived for the last three months preceding the filing of the immigration petition.

Re: where can I file ?

You do need to file where your spouse is residing. If there is some issue as to where to file (living in one place temporarily, working in another, etc.) I would be happy to discuss it. A large portion of my practice involves assisting people in similar situations.

Re: where can I file ?

The papers should be filed where your spouse reside.Since this is marriage based I will assume you reside together as husband and wife,if not talk to an attorney.

Re: where can I file ?

If by "marriage green card papers" you mean a concurrent petition for alien relative and application to adjust status to permanent resident, you must file at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over your place of residence.
