Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

H1 Visa Transfer

I came to the US in March 2003 on an H1B visa and since then have not been paid and hence have no pay stubbs. Now, i have found an employer who is now ready to transfe my H1 B . I want to know if H1 transfer is possible without producing the pay stubbs. And that will I require a lawyer during the process?

Re: H1 Visa Transfer

Dear Sir:

Not having pay stubs creates a questionable situation for processing an H-1 transfer. However, there have been many instances in which we have dealt with similar circumstances and have been successful in obtaining the transfer.

Keep in mind that each case is fact specific and you should consult an attorney regarding this matter.

If you would like to speak to our office you may contact us at (732) 985-1310.
