Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi,

I want to travel outside USA for H1B stamping and like to know query or concern that can be a hurdle. Below are my life events.

1.) Came on student visa in 2007

2.) Changed the college in 2008 and completed my MBA in 2010

3.) Worked 4 months of last OPT(end date September 2011) period and applied for H1B - which got rejected - 2011.

4.) Enrolled in college in Nov 2011 and started working on CPT from Jan 2012.

5.) Applied for H1B in 2013 - which was approved and transfer to a new employer within same month.

6.) Working on H1B from 2013 and applied for I-140.

7.) Married in June 2015 with a F1 status

8.) 2015 September I-140 approved and H1B renewed.

Q: Need to know how or where should I go for stamping H1b ? Will there be any issues ?

Docs: All I20/H1B/I-140/Bank statement/Marriage certificate/H1b renewal 797

Please let me know possible issues can occur during the stamping or not.

Thank you for review and help.
