Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Hi Officer,
I am working for company X. And company Y filed H1B and got visa stamping also and visa is valid for 2 more years.
Query 1: Can company Z do my H1B transfer and once petition approves can i enter into US with out going again for VISA stamping?

Query 2: If Visa stamping with Company Z is not required then will there be any issue at POE since in VISA company Y name is mentioned?
Query 3: If in case Company Y revoke the H1B in that case also can i still do H1B transfer and arrive to US with Company Z i797 with out again going for stamping?
