Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Sergio is from Honduras. He has been living in the U.S. since 1968 but never applied for any immigration program. He has no family but he has always been a hard worker and has no criminal record. Can he apply for anything?

Absolutely! I've done several cases like this and used a little known portion of the law called registry. An approval of the application will result in a green card / lawful permanent resident status. Please call our office and we'd be happy to discuss representing him in the process.

It appears that Sergio may be eligible for a green card (permanent residence) through registry (a program for people who have been in the U.S. since January 1, 1972 and meet a few other requirements). I've done several of these cases before and can help him with the process. My office is located in Newark, NJ and I do not charge for the initial consultation. I also speak Spanish. Feel free to contact me at (973) 856-6240 for more information.
