Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
A friend was just fired for keeping pornography on his computer. He job is as a computer/tech specialist, so even if he likes porn, there is no way he would keep it on his work computer. But he can see no way to prove his innocence. He is the sole earner in the family and was let go with no benefits (called into boss's office and told to turn everything in, then told why). The family that was already just barely making ends meet is devasted. Is there ANY possible recourse/action to take?
