Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I am looking for a lawyer who could assist me in pursing a lawsuit against southwest airlines for 1) wrongful termination and 2) workers comp/disability. I have contacted three lawyers and they stated they could not help me because either i didn't file the lawsuit within 90 days from being terminated (this is because i didnt have the time money or a place to live or a phone to look due to being fired) and or a conflict of interest. I live in south jersey and worked at philadelphia international airport. If anyone could help me please.
