Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Signed a non-compete, non-solicitation agreement

I was discharged from job where I signed the above agreement. My new employer has been sent a copy of the agreement, which is supposed to prevent me from servicing customers from the original firm.

My new job is more than 25 miles away from my old one, but I want to continue using my old database of customers, with whom I've formed a good relationship.

What do I do?

Thank you
