Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I finally got my deadbeat tenant evicted and want to garnish her wages after obtaining a judgment against her--she owes me 4 month's rent. She left much personal property behind, among which I found several pay stubs from 2012 and 2013 that show her wages are already being garnished for about $258/month. She makes about $60K per year. Can more than one person/entity garnish the same person's wages at the same time? Thank you.

Unfortunately one garnishment is executed at time. You may wish to find out how much this judgement is for and there are any others in the queue

It is worth checking into this. I would be more aggressive and try to go after her.

call me if you want me to assist.
