laws on not wanting to renew my tenants lease in NJ

If you are any LL in an owner occupied 3 unit or less building you can choose not to renew and evict if you choose

If you are any other LL, if you do not renew tenant can continue to rent at the same terms and conditions on a month to month basis. The tenant can not be evicted unles you have grounds under the Anti Eviction Act.
