Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

My lease has expired . My lease says that I will received an increase of $520 if I move to month to month but now they want to charge me an additional $250 that I never agreed to. Is this legal?

Wow, that does not sound right. I need to meet with you, look at the expired lease, and talk to you to get more information before I can give you any advice.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you.
