Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I am a previous tenent at my residence...and my landlord is pressing criminal charges against me. The charges are filed after I moved out, and serve no proof that I commited them, (which I didnt). How do I defend myself in court?

You must provide some description of the charges against you. I would suggest that you fax them to me using the fax number of 201/487/1498.

Call me if you like at 201 342 7933.
