Is there a minimum malpractice insurance that an attorney must have in NJ? If so, what is it? Can I find it in the court rules?

Unfortunately, there is no requirement that individual attorneys have insurance at all!!! While a Profesional Corporation, such as our firm, must have insurance, the average guy who hangs out a shingle does not have to have any insurance, let alone a minimum.
