Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I am 17 with a provisional driver's license in New Jersey. Today I scraped a car in a parking lot and I did not know I had to report it. So the police called and I went to the station and told them what happened. I got a ticket with a court summons. The statute no. is 39:4.130. Does anyone know if this is a misdemeanor or felony? I'm on Commonapp.org and they ask if I've been convicted of such, what should I say?

You are charged with failure to report an accident which has a maximum fine of $100.00 and no points. It is not a misdemeanor. It is a violation under the motor vehicle code and is not a charge under the criminal code of this state.
