Six Flags inflatable water slide accident

We have a six flags banzai Falls water slide http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0001A868C/qid=1150510018/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3/102-8404256-8112914?v=glance&s=toys My 7yr. old son went down this slide and now has a spirial fracture of Tibia bone. The recommended age for this water slide is 5 and up. Can I hold them accountable for this injury?

you will get tons of lawyers contacting you. yes, you can sue them. no, i could not tell whether you will win. no lawyer possibly could. if a lawyer promises you will win, he is lying and dont use him.

hire an attorney who has a lot of experience in personal injury. an attorney who is AV or at least BV rated by Martindale Hubbel is much better. ask around your friends and family. make sure that the attorney has a reputation for answering questions and returning telephone calls.

i am sorry to hear your boy was hurt. the good news is that young children's bones usually heal perfectly and quickly. Good luck to you!
