Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

There is nobody get hurt in that accident from the police report. But The Truck driver sue me and the other 4 parties on 02/01/2012 including his own insurance company, his company. Right now I checked on website that the case status is closed and the DISPOSITION TYPE is DISMISSED. All party status is DISM W/O. The clerk said the plantiff did nothing. So I would like to know can the Truck driver still reopen the case? Is there any statute of limitation for him to reopen it? right now is 11.27.2012. is that means it passed two years limitation?

The statute of limitations is 2 years after the accident occurred. The question for you is what date did the accident occur? If it is more than 2 years ago the statute has expired.
