I was injured by a juvenial, the juvenial has pled guilty, can i sue the parents for lost wages etc ?

I'm not sure how you were injured: accident, assault, etc. But, if you make the claim appropeiately, homeowners may cover your losses. They don't typically cover intentional acts, so you must be carefull how you plead your allegations. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to call.
