Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was rear ended by a commercial vehicle and got whiplash from it, but also I am now dealing with loss of sleep, major anxiety, depression, I am terrified to drive on any road where the speed limit is above 25 mph, but it seems the only thing the doctors my lawyer sent me to are only concerned about my physical pain, my attorney says I need to be careful about what kind of treatments I receive because the fees are going to come out of my settlement, what can I do?

If you feel strongly that you need psychiatric attorney then you should discuss this further with your attorney and see if he will forward a letter of protection to a psychiatrist so that you can get care and deduct the bills out of the settlement.
