Fair of Losing my House

Me and my husband get 2nd merrige my husband beought a new house after merrige as joint account with me we live in this house almost 6year

now my husband is very sick i am the only one to take care him he is now 70 year old.

he has one son from privious merrige now he is telling me that this house which he bought after merriage with me want to give his son, his son is 25 year old

God for bit if he die who will get this house me or his son

or if he make a will without my knolidge that all assest will go to his son

is that mean taht i get nothing?

When a couple buys a residence as a married couple they each own the entire residence and upon the death of one of the spouses the surviving spouse already owns the entire house and

the house is not a part of the decedent spouse's estate.
