The fees are not fixed they are up to the individual attorney; however if you are asking about a closing that would include reviewing the contract, preparing attorney review and all other aspects of a real estate closing, my fee is $950.00. If you need assistance please call my office Keith A. Singer, Esq. 732-749-3700

It is not necessarily in your interest to just ask for a review of a contract. If that is done, most attorneys would charge an hourly rate. On the other hand, some attorneys would charge you a flat fee or a modified hourly rate to handle the entire transaction. And the charges may vary depending on the type of property you are buying. You would really need to shop around by calling several attorneys to discuss this further before a quote could be given.

Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion. Further, no one can rely on advice from an attorney who has not been retained. You will only be able to rely on advice from an attorney who you have actually retained. Feel free to call me to discuss this matter at 856-546-8010. Good luck! Rob Gleaner
