Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I've lived in a condo for about 4 years. 7 months ago I got a new neighbor who decided to attach a soundbar to the common wall between out units. It caused the entire wall to shake and the sound comes right through the wall. I can't even hear my own tv over the sound of his system. I've opened up the wall in an attempt to soundproof it, but because he has attached it to the wall it isn't airborne sound, its structural vibrations and there is nothing that I am going to be able to do about it on my end. He is completely unreceptive to any sort of reason and unfortunately my condo association board and property manager have decided they don't want to do anything about it. Everyone I've spoken to says I need to sue him. Do I have a chance at winning this?
