Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
So my neighbors dad is considering buying a business. but he doesn't want to stack too much under his name due to him already owning a house and another business. can he put it under his wifes name? If not can he put it under his 15 year old daughters name? If not can he put it under a relatives name but have the 15 year old in charge of all the assets and money things so the relatives don't have the ability to take the businesses money? thanks
