Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

How can I get my neighbors-owners of a condominum to reimburse me for flooding damages to my ceiling and clothing. They refuse to pay for damages and my insurance company claim they do not cover flooding damages.

You would have to file a law suit against them and get a Court to award you damages. Be prepared at trial to present all evidence of what it cost to make your repairs and also to have evidence that the damage was caused by you neighbor's actions in causing the flooding.
