Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

parking right at edge of driveway

have 2 car driveway. when family comes over very difficult to get one car out because neighbor parks exactly at where my driveway begins. have spoken to him and he offers just the one time to move it, but its right back there the next day. he wants to be able to see his car from his apartment. there is a spot right across street (not wide street) where he can see it directly. We're friendly but its getting to be a job to try to swing a car out of driveway. his father parks almost at edge on the other side (leave a little space) but its tight at times ,especially when a car is parked directly across street from my driveway, what can I do?

Re: parking right at edge of driveway

When the situation exists call your local police department and see if they will issue a parking ticket or a note requesting he park further back from the driveway.

Good luck to you.
