Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

This question is related to a HOA lien that was from 2013. I had paid off the HOA lien about 3 months ago and received a letter from the court stating so. However, my HOA's attorneys office is not cooperating with recording the lien satisfaction with the county. They are stating that additional fees are due (Which apparently were incurred after the lien filing date and were not even conveyed until my inquiry). The fees are in dispute. What would need to be done to receive proof of the recorded release of lien?
