i along with my neice have been left my parents home in new jersey, with no mortgage. my neice wants to but this home from me. i agreed pending her offer on the price of home. i have learned that she has moved in the home or is at least staying there about 4-5 days a week with her children and their dog, since she is now sending her children to that new scool district. i was not notified of this. what can i do about this.

First and foremost she should be paying rent to for 50% of the rental value. You should probably then have the home appraised and agree to a price that she would pay for your share of the house. If she cannot afford that, then the house should be sold on the open market. If she refuses to any or all of the above, then you would have to bring a partition action in court to force the sale of the property. Please feel free to contact me if you need assistance in this.
