The question is confusing and more information is needed, such as the financial details. Is the mother buying the house, what is she paying (purchase price), how much is she putting down, how much is the mortgage and its interest rate, how long is the mortgage term, what are the payment terms and how much is the son contributing? What happens if the mother passes away before the mortgage is paid in full? Who inherits the house and how is the mortgage balance repaid? What is the purpose of the transaction - why does not the son just rtent the house to his mother, for whatever she can afford to pay?
