Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I got arrested in June of 1997 for possession of a stolen vehicle, received probation and had completed it along with paying all the fines. Now the city court of Paterson, New Jersey is stating that i had 5 tickets that i never received and has placed a city court bench warrant on me for the tickets that i supposidly received the day of arrest in 1997. I live in Louisiana and was wondering if there was any way i could resolve this without traveling to NJ because i do not have the money to travel at this time as I am between jobs right now. As stated i never received these tickets and never knew I had them until today.

I would appear in court for you and handle the matters in a way that you would approve because

I would speak to you by cell phone from the court before taking any action. I would first send you a certification advising that I would be authorized by you to appear in court on your behalf

and take the appropriate action.

Call me if you like.

I can help you with this. I routinely represent people who live out of state by way of an affidavit allowing me to proceed in court without them having to be there. Please call me to discuss this case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.- 908-272-0111
