Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I was in a MVA and was hit from behind in NJ. The teenage driver was texting while operating the vehicle. My injuries include buldging discs in the lumbar and cervical areas of the spin. I went for a free consultation with a lawyer and because NJ is a "Limited Tort" state basically, I can't sue unless I have a permanent injury??? Is this correct? And what can I do?
