Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

A beach house was inherited by 3 siblings. They continued to spend summers there for the next 3 years, paying the expenses out of estate monies. The 4th year the house was sold. One of the siblings moved in with her family on Memorial Day and would leave Labor Day. The other 2 siblings only used the house 6 weekends each of the first 2 years, and 4 weekends the third year. Is it considered a "distribution" as soon as they began living there, and did the one sibling who spent 3 months there every year receive "more of a distribution"? (In a normal family this should be moot, however, one sibling is causing trouble). Thank you so so much for your help!

Unless one or more owners "ousted" the other co-owners and actually prevented them from using the house...then no.
