Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My brother had large controls over my mother before her death. I found her willmaking my brother and I co-executives . My brother is not talking to me, what's the first thing I should do.

The first thing you should do is to hire a good tax and probate attorney.. Your attorney will help you in dealing with your brother and also in the functions that you need to perform to probate the estate. Also, the attorney may help you and your brother again become on speaking terms.
