My father died an left his properties for my mother. How can she get all the title change on his land deeds and lease transferred in her name? She is also a pensioner , can she get free legal assistance . She lives in Trinidad and Tobago

I agree with Bob. All that should be required is the recording of new Deeds, signed by the Executor. This is not expensive in and of itself, assuming nothing else is involved.
