Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My father signed the title of his car over to his girfriend's daughter 1 week before he died. He was sick and dying at the time. What will happen with the car? She all ready has it insured.

Nothing.

The car belongs to the girlfriend's daughter. If the title was executed properly, prior to your father's death, then DMV will simply prepare a new title and the girlfriend's daughter will be the new owner.
