Probably not, but a complete answer cannot be given until both the trust document and the Deed are reviewed. In general, while a house ownership can be transferred to someone in trust, there are limitations on what the trust beneficiary can do during the lifetime of the creator of the trust and only by reviewing these documents can the rights and limitations be determined. If you could get me the documents I could review them and respond to your question. The initial consultation will have no charge.

It's impossible to answer your question without reading the trust agreement.
