Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

If all of the refunding bonds and releases are not filed with the court, by the executrix, and the beneficiaries have not signed a refunding bond and release, for real property and their other bequeaths from the "WILL", is the estate still open.

Unless all the beneficiaries have signed off on the release, then the estate is still "open"...since they can go into court and demand an estate accounting or sue the executor for most any reason if they feel he/she has done something impoper or breached his/her fiduciary duty in some way.
