Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

A sibling of ours is living in our parents' home wihout paying rent and feels that he's entitled to stay, even though we each were willed the property. He lived there rent free for 14 years already and feels that squatter's rights apply. Is he right?

Good Lord. Your parents let him stay?

No, he does not have squatters' rights to keep staying. Your parents are still alive? They can toss him out if they want to.

Sounds like a lawyer can help your parents understand what their rights and duties are.
