Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My son passed away in Nov. 2009 without a will. My husband & I are the beneficiaries of his estate. I am the administratrix of his estate and went through probate. We have received all distributions and the estate was closed in Aug. 2010. I now received a 1099R for his estate for a taxable annuity for $23K with federal withholdings of $4K. I know I have a final 1041 to file but I'm not sure how to file. Do I file this 1099R on our personal 1040 or on the final 1041?
