How can an unwitnessed codicil be used for probate in NJ?

It will be difficult to have an unwitnessed document admitted to probate. Was it in the testator's own handwriting? If so, it's possible it could be admitted as a Holographic will.

You will probably need to file a complaint in the Superior Court to have the document admitted to probate.
