Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

I need screws & rods in my back and this will the 2nd surgery. Workmen comps wants to offer me a deal with a lump sum, close my case out, lose medical treatments & cut my lawyer out. What should i do??

If you have a lawyer, you should discuss all settlements with him/her. Or you could hire a lawyer for a second opinion.

Not sure what your question really is, and I'd be happy to talk to you. However, please note that only a Judge can close out a case forever.
