Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
I am on workman's comp for over 10 months in NJ-looking at surgery on back L-4, L-5 S1, can I go to another state (Texas) and still get my workman's comp pay while waiting for surgery-and does the surgery need to be in NJ? After surgery-while waiting for court case can I reside in Texas with my family, or must I stay in NJ?
