Legal Question in Business Law in New Mexico
UnauthorizedWithdraw
I purchased a new computer from gateway and the agreeded upon price was withdrawn from my checking account. One month after my purchase, they withdrew an additional $10.00 for ''shipping and handeling'', without my conscent and in addition to the agreeded upon price. they aren't giving me my $10.00 back (not much $$ put pisses me off).

Contact your bank. If the withdrawal was unauthorized, the bank owes you the money. If it was authorized by you, then they have your authorization and you can review it.
