Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My husband is disabled and tryn to get disability and he has a child with his ex and he has to pay child support he's given the judge all the paper work that he's tryn to get disability his ex and the judge are really close he keeps putn my husband in jail cuz he can't pay child support and he always misses his appointments with the social security cuz they put him in jail and has to start the prosses all over again and the judge tells us he does not care and we just found out that his ex took my husbands name off his daughters birth certificate and changed her last name and gave her her husbands last name with out my husband knowing can she do that? She got my husband for child support when he was in jail they just told him he has 2 pay 365.00 a month that judge keeps putting him in jail there is a lot more to this is that right

I'm not sure there's a question in there. If by "removing his name from ... birth certificate" his ex is denying that he's the father,he could have grounds to challenge the child support judgment, but that is strongly dependent on the details of their history. A lawyer would have to look at the details. I can't tell much from what you've said here.
