Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My ex has been missing work,and pick ups with our son. She said the fire department was at her house because of a chemical making her sick. Now she is in the hospital and no one is saying why. How do I see legit documents to show my son will be safe because she has lost so much weight lately and I'm afraid what happened is more than she is saying l.

Loosing a significant amount of weight can either be indicative of some types of cancer or using illicit (illegal) drugs. You can file a motion in court to ask the judge to order her to disclose to you the underlying reason why she is missing visits and why she is in the hospital.
