Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

Disability Discrimination or Harassment

I am a social worker with a disability, CP. I work at a domestic violence program specifically for people with disabilities. for the past 4.5 yrs my supervisor has been: Mimicking the way I walk in the presence of co-workers.

Speaking about my disability with co-workers behind my back and comparing my disability to our client's. Minimizing my specific needs for accommodations with Access-A-Ride (NYC Transit service for people with disabilities) and constantly commenting that I am not acting as a team player because of these needs. Belittling me because I could not physically participate in certain non-work related activities such as Yoga and closing heavy iron security gates when BFL closes for the day.Continual disregard for reasonable travel accommodations to our other location for work related functions. She also treats the deaf social worker differently and has made inappropriate racial remarks In 2005 I emailed the CEO with a grievance but he ignored. My supervisor's inappropriate behavior continued. This month I filed another grievance. An investigation was done during which most of my co-workers coraborated my grievance. I was told my specific grievance was not addressed with her that i should do it instead.
