hi i work for the mta railroad i work on the tracks doing the construction i got into a car accident not comp now im on short disabitly from the mta ..

i have my own LLC company which is not a hands on job its just making an invoice would i be able to do that let me know thank you

With having your own company there is a presumption that you are employed and earning an income. This can cause major problems that may BAR you from receiving private insurance payments for disability and government benefits. This is where you MUST get in person legal advice from a labor/employment law benefits attorney.
