Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
If you are filing for a Chapter 7 in nys, does the Railroad Early Retirement Benefits (disabilty) monthly pension qualify for exemtion under income.
I heard of a rule 45USC228(1) that seems to infer that RRR early benefits are exempt. Can you qualify for me?
