Re: Copyrights and trademarks

The subject of your first project calls for trademark and copyright registration while those for the other two projects call for copyright registration. This assumes you will be developing your projects on your own. Otherwise, you will also be looking for contractual protection in dealing with manufacturers, publishers, intermediaries, etc. Feel free to call us if you require legal representation in the Intellectual Property and publishing areas of practice.

Mr. Frenkel is correct. Most people/businesses put their assets at risk by not taking early action to protect them. There are creative ways to protect your intellectual property in stages as your business grows. Also you will obviously need to have a presence on the Internet. My firm focuses on Internet and entertainment law.
