I executed a Lease Agreement with a person for outdoor storage

I paid in full for the three year term

unbeknown to me the individual himself only had a 2 year Lease to this property, which he did not renew

I am now being pressured by the Land Owner to remove my property, which will incur some unexpected expense

Did My Lease encumber the real property in any fashion ..??

Your sublease is only valid if the landlord was aware of the sublease, consented to it either explicitly or implicitly and agreed to be bound by it in writing with either yourself or the sublessor.

It sounds as if you were played.
