Legal Question in Business Law in New York
LLC Disoution
Me and 2 girlfriends opened a dance studio 2 years ago. My son now wants to dance at a different studio and my partners have said if he does that they want me out. Can they make me stop being part of the studio legally.

It would all depend upon how your operating agreement or partnership agreement was drafted. There may be a section within the agreement that allows for them to dissolve the partnership under certain circumstances. If you would like to discuss this further, let me know.
