logos / trademarks
Is it possible to form an llc & use 2 separate logos 2 represent the 1 company? If yes, would both logos have to be displayed on the 1 item or is it acceptable to use either or as a designer's option.

Yes. There is no requirement that a company use only one logo, or that it use multiple logos together. Each, however, may become a separate trademark.
